Hatha
The most ancient, complete and popular form of yoga for mental and physical health. Hatha yoga with simply yoga breath and deep relaxation to finish. This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga of just want a gentle stretch.
Hot (90 mins)
The hot yoga practice in 38-42 degrees classroom, with the fixed 26 postures - Bikram Hot, which helps to warm the body, allowing you to work deep into your muscles, tendons, and
ligaments. Regular practice helps improve concentration, balance, endurance.
Heart diseases and high blood pressure is NOT ALLOWED for hot yoga.
Hot Hour (60 mins)
60 mins hot yoga. It designed for the people who just start the hot yoga or has the time
limit. Hot hour is for all levels.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana
practice. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower
spine and every asana stay longer time.
Power Yoga
This class requires focus, awareness, and high energy. Power yoga is based on a fixed
sequence of asana. These asana flows into one another, creating a dynamic, core strengthening exercise. This class will help you to build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Yoga Dance
Together yoga postures and India music, match with the India music tempo. Yoga dance
is very charming, with the rhythm of music, to wave our body, and express the femininity.
In yoga dance, you can relax yourself and lose weight.
Pilates
It mix many ancient eastern gymnastics, such as Taichi, yoga, ballet and so on, are famous as a special method to practice the core part of body. Pilates exercises are perfomed
on the mat to help strengthen the core, correct alignment and teach effective muscle use. It includes better posture, coordination and balance, as well as improved stability and
concentration.
Fitball
To use its advantage to help students do exercise and avoid hurting. It is better for massage the body and stimulate the inner organs, relax and keep fit. Fitball is very interesting.
It can totally practice muscles and balance ability, especially for practicing belly and waist
part.
Yoga for Man
This course is particular for man. Right now only YogaLife has this class in China. The
asana for this class is focusing on hand, leg and core muscles. This class is set of
sequence postures. A lot of benefit for man - Through the practicing, releasing back pain, and shoulder pain, increase flexibility.
Fitness
This course is only in YogaLife. It is very popular. Combine the pop exercise, pilates, yoga, dance, and weight training. Four in one exercise. It is according to scientific exercise
method to lose calories and increase muscle strength. It will let you relax your mind,
balance your body and soul.
Aroma Tes(75 mins)
It is a new essential elements for the health. It is good for physical and mental. It
combines five elements – yoga, pilates, music, meditation, aromy therapy. It accelerates
the yoga practice and increase the body blood circulation. Relax deeply and mental
pressure. It is good for heavy pressure and busy city people.
Daily Yoga
This class is according to human daily body condition designed. Every day is different key
part of asana. After one week practicing, you will keep very wonderful body condition and greeting daily life challenge and expectation.
Moksha Hot Yoga
